The Asset Allocation Committee (AAC), comprises the leading investment houses represented by their senior executives.


Chairman – Andrew Buchanan FSI:
Andrew is currently Senior Executive with a leading UK Private Bank based in the Channel Islands. Andrew has more than 30 years investment experience gained not only in the UK, but also Asia and the Channel Islands. He has sat on, or chaired, a number of investment committees with the three major organisations with which he has been associated over the last 20 years. Andrew is a Fellow of the Securities Institute, having formerly been a Member of the London Stock Exchange. Throughout his career he has successfully managed private client, pension and institutional portfolios, as well as a number of public funds. Andrew has been involved with the Private Client Portfolio since inception and with some of its Directors for more than 25 years.


Citigroup Quilter
Member: Mike Broadhurst ASIP FSI

Mike Broadhurst is a Senior Investment Manager and Team Leader, based in the Birmingham office of Citigroup Quilter. Mike has over 15 years experience and specialises in the management of Private Client Portfolios (both onshore and offshore), Pension Funds and Charities.


Forsyth Partners Ltd
Member: Peter Toogood:

Peter is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and a Principal of Forsyth Partners. He is responsible for all investment activities and oversees all research services. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Exeter and holds the Financial Planning Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute. He joined Forsyth Partners in 1995 and prior to his he had worked for two UK Independent Financial Adviser Groups and a UK Building Society. He is a regular ‘guest host’ and contributor to CNBC.


PIMCO
Member: Yiannis Repoulis:

Yiannis is Senior Vice President and Account Manager of PIMCO. Yiannis joined PIMCO Europe Ltd’s London office in 1998 to focus on the development of European client servicing. He is currently based in PIMCO Europe Ltd’s Munich office. Prior to joining PIMCO, Yiannis had been associated with EFG Private Bank. He has 9 years of investment experience and holds a BA in economics and an MA in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics as well as an MBA from the Kellogs Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.


Martin Oberholzer:
Martin is a Client Relationship Manager for Man Investments, based in Pfaffikon, Switzerland since 2003. Prior to joining Man Investments, he had worked for Credit Suisse First Boston, Merrill Lynch, Templeton and Swiss Life Hedge Fund Partners. Martins investment career began in 1986.
